We don’t know that there is any relationship between sexual orientation and the frequency of partner exchange. This is more of an individual issue. If it is, then the lesbian stereotype is just the opposite. The girls move together pretty soon and live together for a long time.

It would be very interesting because lesbians are also gay. Female homosexuals. It may be more about personal sympathy or antipathy than a conflict between groups.
